Can I consume the meal next day or later?Our meals are freshly prepared each morning for optimal taste and quality. While it's recommended to consume them upon receiving it, you can store them in the fridge if needed. Please consume within 24 hours after receiving for the best experience.

Do you have on-demand delivery?Not yet! Due to limited riders, we kindly request orders to be placed at least 1 day in advance for timely delivery. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

What is Meal Package?It’s a bundle of 5 meal credits (1 credit = 1 meal) that you can use anytime. Meals are sorted by fitness goals, with different meals daily from trusted restaurants to keep you motivated.

How often does the menu change?Our restaurant partners update their menu every Sunday, so you’ll always have fresh and exciting meal options each week!

How can I log the meal(s) I eat outside of Fitnessmeal?To log the calories of meals you eat outside of Fitnessmeal, simply click the 'LOG MEAL' button on the Home page. For meals consumed within the platform, calories are logged automatically. For detailed instructions and screen guidance, please refer to the tutorial section in the app.
